EXCELLENT!!! but died in 5.5 years.
I'd give it 5 STARS but it only lasted 5.5 years. But while it worked it was EXCELLENT! Quick, scan and wireless printing, Inexpensive ink!! Great customer service!!!

Excellent so far
This printer replaced my older B&W toner printer. So far I've printed about 600 pages on it. I feel fairly confident it will last many years of use. Good Machine
Con- display area for machine functions is small, manufacturer could have made the display bigger. There is a hesitation before it prints but its not that bad.
Pro - machine prints good, is dependable and easy to use. Ink is very affordable and last.

Printer jammed about twice a day. Printer doesn't tell you that its jammed until you open the diagnostic tool on your PC. Don't worry, you will learn to identify and clear a jam quickly. Printer was extremely efficient on a price per page basis. printer eject pages out the back so you will need access to both sides. You cant really use this against a wall. The printing ...

set up is a struggle
Although it appears this is set to be easy , i struggled with set up for a couple hours. disc would not boot, then I went to site for driver download, wifi connected but not on the win10 side, had to address this siiue, then registration , had to set up a new acct although i have one and have a epson scanner on it, then had to lift the whole thing up just to read the sn...

Great for ink savings, but keep a main printer machine on hand.
This is a great printer to reduce overall toner/ink costs. However, it is not a robust business machine replacement. It takes longer than anticipated to print jobs as it is nearly half the speed of a good laser printer. We use it for toner rich print jobs, such as info sheets with tons of text on them. Jams Over and Over and Over and Over
I use quality paper in this printer and virtually EVERY start up it jams over and over and over. Finally after clearing the machine 4 or 5 times in a row, it will start up and run nicely.

Great Network Printer!
I have had two generations of HP Laser Jets and they always lose connectivity to Windows based computers. HP printers though, never lost connectivity to our OSX computers. This Epson printers NEVER loses connectivity and it prints super fast in comparison to the HP all-in-one printers.
