Paper feed does jam sometimes. I must keep just a small amount of paper in the machine or it can jam.

Decent Printer
I am a little disappointed with how much this printer jams or says it has ran out of paper when there is still paper in the tray. I do quick of bit of printing so I can only do a few jobs at a time before there is an issue.

EXCELLENT!!! but died in 5.5 years.
I'd give it 5 STARS but it only lasted 5.5 years. But while it worked it was EXCELLENT! Quick, scan and wireless printing, Inexpensive ink!! Great customer service!!!

Great printer - but printer cord not included
These are great printers. This is the 5th I have purchased for our company. Ink is cheaper heads don’t clog (because self cleaning) easy to do envelopes in the bypass feeder. But now a printer cable is not included in the box. In that such was a surprise to me I rate 4 stars instead of 5.

Hands down the WORST printer I have ever owner. Within one month it has had consistent paper jams and is now requesting the printer head needs service. It prints the paper backwards so it is hard to get it out.

More noisy than expected but does a nice job
Unpacking was more painful than I thought it would be - there is tape EVERYWHERE! There is about a 10 minute first-time charge of the ink; so setup takes nearly 30 minutes from in box to printing. Does copy quickly; however the printer is much more noisy than I expected - particuarly since it gave a spec for the noise level I expected it to be quieter than other print...

Super fast, low energy, has been a fantastic choice
First of all, we had problems (very strange) but the laser printers start up would blow fuses - and we tried 3 different printers and were surprised how much power they draw, this one is "like" 12 watts.
