Sturdy, wide slots
This file organizer was perfect for what I needed. I had several folders that I needed to be easily accessible. Each slot can fit several folders and they are sturdy and tall enough to hold the folders easily upright. I would definitely recommend this product. It is well made and accommodates many folders.

Good product but won't work for all files
This is a wonderful large file organizer with the largest compartments I could find, but unfortunately, many of the files we have in our office are larger than 3". I ordered six and kept three. It takes up a good amount of space too, so measure before you purchase.

Perfect for desktop organization of files
Our drafting staff is loving these to help keep their work spaced organized. Good sized slots for the larger folders to fit into with no issues and the vertical storage makes it easy to find the folder you are looking for easier. Ordered a few more after another department saw them and asked for some.
