The retractable ear pieces are a great feature of these headphones. The don't get lost easier like others because they lay around the neck.

Too small for neck
This wireless headphone was too small for my neck and was not water/sweat proof. Also many caller complained that they could not hear me when talking.

I could hear everything around me me through this headset. Even when I was off the phone it picked up all the noise around me. Do not like the headset.

Fits around my neck just right
I have worn other headsets around my neck & this one fits just right. The sound is not as great but acceptable. Features are great easy to use.

To many multifunction buttons
With only 3 buttons for all the control functions it is too easy to get the functions wrong. I use these when walking the dogs and need quick access to pause and volume control. I keep resetting the position of the program I am listening to when I really want to adjust the volume. I also prefer a toggle switch for on/off rather than press and hold of a multifunction...

BT950 Headphones
The best feature of these headphones is the retractable earpieces. Unfortunately the volume control is consistent with other wireless earbuds and the steps between volume settings-especially low to mute are too big. I’m spoiled by my old LG’s. I do like the way they collapse though.

Light comfortable and clear.
I had tried other headsets with different price tags both higher and slightly lower but until these I was quite dissatisfied. Not only that but most in ear headsets were uncomfortable of kept falling out or both. These largely due to the retractable earpieces are comfortable and since the band they're attached to rests on the back of your neck there's no tugging...

Returning these
I purchased these to use with my desktop for podcast interview and was unable to use them. The left ear pod does not work at all and I will be returning them to Staples. Very disappointed.
