The frame is nice and smooth soft and comfortable I like the feeling of grabbing a professional pen even though the inks doesn’t work sometimes it feels like it freezes or sometimes and i work at a very warm office.

Bought a few expensive!
Refills are better that what you get in the free advertisement pens but should work better/smoother like Cross refills for the price paid.

It's Not a Cross
Went shopping for a replacement Cross pen. No more Cross but there were Parker products. The Parker Jotter is nice enough though there is no heft to it. Feels lighter in the hand than I would have liked.

PARKER PENS ARE SPECIAL
I've LOVED Parker Pens ever since I bought My first one. You might not know it but after You "Retract" the refill that was just used for writing It AUTOMATICALLY ROTATES like 1/4 of a turn. This keeps whatever you're writing ALWAYS clear and smooth. I wasn't looking for this particular Model but it's "Classy" with the Gold Trim against the Brushed Stainless finish.
