I bought this pen to replace a vintage Parker pen of the same style that finally broke after 60 years. I dropped it and the threaded portion of the plastic lower half broke off. No Tip Trim
The lack of trim on the tip (a standard feature in earlier iterations of this pen) makes the pen look unfinished … like the tip was forgotten during assembly. I’d like to return it.

Finally a pen that doesn't blotch
Actually I owned a Parker Jotter years ago but lost it. Since then I have been struggling with cheap pens that schmear my hand (I'm left-handed) and across the page. I was happy to find that the Jotter still exists along with its long-lasting refills.

A like a heavier quill
Pen is far too light. Doesn’t hVe any heft to weigh down the hotter. Have to push down hard to keep ball on paper.

I’ve used Jotter pens for many many years but for 2 reasons I am disappointed with my new Jotter pens compared to my old Jotter pens: 1. The bottom edge of the barrel of the new pen is only plastic (black blue whatever color you purchased) vs a chrome steel edge on my old Jotter of about 1/4 inch. Parker T Ball Jotter
Not as nice as the older version that I lost. The click sounds tinny. No chrome ring at base. Made in France the reason? I'll have find an older manufactured one at an estate sale.
