Broken Lid
I have ordered these boxes or similar before and never had a problem. I order another pack of four last week and one of the lids was broken. I talked with a Staples Representative and she told me I could return and get a replacement, but I had to send back all four of them. It was not worth my time to do that. They did give me a coupon worth $15 though.

Good file box
I love legal document boxes. This file box serves the same purpose but being plastic is also water (or coffee) proof and does not look like any of my other file boxes, making it easy to identify at a glance.

Pretty pricey for such mediocre quality
2 of the 4 arrived broken right out of the box, same experience twice with boxes of copier paper. Better off to get some of these things at the store yourself.

A LITTLE TO FLIMSY
I HAD HOPES OF USING THIS CONTAINER FOR PAPER COPIES OF INVOICES, BUT AS I WAS PLACING THE INVOICES WITHIN THE PLASTIC BOX IT CRACKED ON THE SIDE, I DID GET ALL THE INVOICES INTHE CONTAINER BUT NOT WITHOUT CAUSING DAMAGED TO THE BOX. THE PLASTIC BOX LOOKED VERY NICE BUT THE ABILITY ON WHAT IT CAN HOLD WAS LIMITED.

I ordered 4 boxes, no lids and 3/4 were broken. There was no missing pieces in the shipping box so they were definitely broken before shipped.

Good Product and Quality - Again, the price on-line was less than what I was charged in the store. Not sure why - Store Personnel would not match the on-line price. New London CT store - this is unclean with personnel that do not care about the customer. I will only order on-line.
