Perfect for your Princess in Training
The princess "wand" pen is my daughters favorite part. She loves all the story books and how interactive they are. Not only does it help her work on her reading skills but it is also teaching her other stills like how to use the pen, problem solving, and the basics of how a story works. Doesn't work....
I bought this because my daughter loves books and wanted to help her develop some independence and problem solving techniques but the pen doesn't work....everything the pen touches turns the light green and says "magical answer!"....all the dots...I even tried my hand and it always says it's correct. I even went to the book to re-read the instructions and tried changing...

Engaging for kids as young as 3
Our 3-year-old got this as a gift and was entranced by the stories even without the pen. We probably read the "Princess and the Pea" 532 times in the first week we had this set. Great for young girls!
As a preschool teacher, my girls LOVED this! They all wanted a turn with the princess wand and loved the stories. I wish there was a little more reading activity with the wand since most of my kids aren't reading on their own yet but it is still a fun and interactive way to introduce young children to reading!

Even my boys loved this set!

Fabulous Reading Set
My 4 year old loves this set! She is crazy about princesses and loves when I read the stories to her. I love that she is engaged and learning math and reading skills. The best part is that she doesn't even know that she's learning. It's just fun to her. My son always want to read with us and they take turns using the magic wand. That is their favorite part.

Fun way to read just for girls.
