Love it!!!
I’ve had the tall water dispenser and this compact size is perfect! Plus, it looks so modern. I would definitely recommend this.

We return it because the water comes out tasting like plastic we did all recommended how to eliminate the bad taste but still taste like plastic so we returned and order the next higher price hopefully it is better, we have it before and no issues on it except it leaks after years of service.

No cold water
The cold water application never stayed on. So now it cost me additional money to return and get a new water bottle.

A little upset
I'm assuming this dispenser is a hot or miss, I have been reading the other reviews. My cold water is room temperature. I should not have to add ice in order to get cold water.

Perfect for small spaces
Exactly what we needed for the small office. Its compact and still can hold a 5 gallon jug too. The hot water is perfect hot not too scalding. The cold really is cold. Its wonderful to have both options so easily available.

Just ok
We needed a replacement counter top water cooler and opted for this one mostly because of the price. One thing we find annoying is the buttons on the top for dispensing the water. When flipping a new bottle on we need to go to it from the side since when approaching from the front we end up pressing the buttons. Only the cold ends up dispensing but then we have clean...

It's good, looks nice. I use with a 5 gallon jug gets the watter real hot but not ice ice cold. it gets the water cool.
