awesome headphones good sound
The sound quality is good never have to put them on high and still can block out surrounding sound when connected to my iMac. They have 2 extra pairs of silicone ear gels - looks like a small set and a large set. I use the small I’m a female with small ear canals. Global warranty is bad
These were a replacement and they sent the cheapest possible with a tin sound. Global warranty did not keep its word they should’ve sent me the same pair or better not worse.

Global warranty is bad
These were a replacement and they sent the cheapest possible with a tin sound. Global warranty did not keep its word they should’ve sent me the same pair or better not worse.

Really good all round except one small thing
These wired ear buds are very pretty and come with smaller earbud tips option (which I use) but they aren't as comfortable as the comfort ones in the Bose wired earbuds (which I don't think they make anymore). But that said, still so happy I can find wired earbuds and that the sound quality is good. So just a minor complaint. More importantly I would by these again.

This was not the product
This was not the product I had wanted - the product name matches the ear buds I was replacing, but they have a plug instead of operating over Bluetooth.

Can't live without earbuds
Earbuds died at work. Ordered online before my lunch break. Website is simple to navigate. Picked the ones I wanted and they were ready in less than an hour. Drove over and picked them up with no wait at the checkout. Still had time for lunch and the rest of the day was saved.

Too big
A bit too big to perfectly fit in the ear, which results in degraded noise isolation and less bass. Also the connector is rather fragile.

Great sound, poor mic
Sound quality is great but the microphone which I was hoping to use for phone calls and online meetings echos horribly. I have tried this on numerous devices (laptop, iphone and android) and it happens on all devices.
