Technician worked diligently to fix my problem
The technician at Staples, diagnosed my desk top computer problem and replaced the bad drive with a new drive. He also copied over all of my files and microsoft programs. Works great.

Since the hard drive is barley a month old, what can I say. It works. It's supposed to work. Hopefully i'll be able to say the same thing a year or two down the road. But, I will say the service I received was great. I'm very pleased and happy. Thank you.
