Difficult to use
I followed the instructions on how to set-up my clock, and it is not working properly. I then sent an email to the help screen listed on the instructions and have not yet received a response. My supervisor is ready to chuck the clock out the window, and possibly me with it.

Not everything received - purchased as bundle
While I have to agree setting up can be frustrating. Once set up it works well.
I purchased as a time clock bundle. I was to receive 100 cards and a ribbon, not received. I received the time clock, two keys, instruction booklets and three (3) time cards.

Returned it. It would just shut off on it's own and then when you finally got it to come back on, you had to reprogram it, which is difficult. Beyond frustrating to use.

Not very impressed
I really thought this would help us keep better track of employee time, however, when an employee forgets to clock in, there is no way for management to override the time clock.

Works well at a reasonable price
Purchased the UPunch Time Clock for out small work staff of two so that we could better track their hours. Set up was quick and easy, and we have had no issues so far. Once you learn the order to push the buttons when clocking in and out, it is easy to use.
