heating does not work well
We purchased a lemon- it does not operate well bread pops up after 5 seconds. The dial must not work We use the frozen function to get extented amount of time

This Toaster is Tiny!
This toaster can only hold standard size bread. Bagels are too big and bigger loafs barely fit. And there is no bagel button. Not as advertised. Returning.

poorly shipped
This toaster is cute however, I am unimpressed with it's state on arrival. It's dirty, scuffed, scratched, and dented. How is this new? The box was also in shambles. So unhappy that I bought this and waited 3 weeks for it to arrive.
