Inferior Product
Product well marketed, HOWEVER, these pens have FAILURE rate at an UNACCEPTABLE frequency:
Often FAIL to deliver the ink remaining in full new barrel. These may work in a pinch, however they are priced inappropriately for their inferior quality and undependability.
Another minor issue is that they sometimes will LEAK if they are inverted in a pocket.

Clean, precise writing tool. Fine point is ideal for "close work." Oddly I couldn't find it at my local Staples and had to order it for delivery to the store. Addition of an ink level indicator is a good idea.

It scratches paper
It doesn't write smoothly; the previous design used to glide on paper but this one scratches and grabs paper while writing.

Large barrel, smears easily
Ot sure how I feel about the large barrel yet. But it should be mentioned prominently. The ink smear is pretty bad, too.

ink is inconsistent.
I don't like these pens at all. I wanted the Optiflow pen, but these were substituted, and they are horrible.

Weirdly thick
The pens have a thickness like you are holding a big marker or a laser pointer. They are awkward to hold when you are expecting a regular pen thickness (thinness)
