Nice quality
The header on these aren't garish. A normal nice gray color that looks good when set out in the open on a desk. Easy to tear a page out and doesn't rip at all.

Overall a good value. One of the 12 pads was not cut correctly. Pages were folded over within the stack. Pad can still be used.
