Impossible to tear off cleanly
This pad makes me frustrated with every use! The paper is fine and the pad seems well made but the perforations are so inadequate that it is nearly impossible to get a clean tear. That leaves torn off individual sheets with ragged tops and a pad with page remnants at the top. Will never buy this brand again.

Paper fix
I ordered 12 pads of letter size narrow ruled paper. It's difficult to find in stores but Staples aways has it online. Good quality and fast delivery.

Over complexity
Product was fine but website was so complex and counter intuitive that I ended up with double my wished-for order; fortunately these pads have a very long shelf life so I kept them but this is a problem you may wish to address.

Great Paper
It doesn't seem to be very easy to find letter size narrow ruled paper. This is just what I was looking for. It is a bit pricey compared to wide ruled. Don't know why.

Terrible Paper
I tried this after I could not find the "M by Staples" me and my law office used religiously for years. This pad doesn't even compare. Not even in the same area code as the old pads. Sadly I will not be purchasing my pads from Staples any longer.

Great pads
Great perforation line makes it easy to tear off pages with these. Also like the gray lines across the page and down the left margin. Very easy on the eyes.

VERY narrow ruled!
Typically narrow ruled = college ruled. This is so much smaller. My arthritic hands may not do so well with this incredibly tiny writing area. Ridiculous.

My new favorite pad
I used to get the Tops pads but the last order was lower quality. The binding at the top was peeling back and the pages were stuck at the edges. The paper is the perfect weight in these everything is clean the grey lines look good. I'll be getting these again in the future.
