Garbage. Save your money
Bought this thinking it would be better than buying expensive ink cartridges . Printer never ran out of in as the entire printer died before it needed ink. just out of warranty and only used a hand full of times. Buying a different brand.

Roller to grab paper took a crap
Worked perfectly about five times, then the roller to grab the paper stopped grabbing the paper properly. Thankfully costumer support is helping me send me a new one! Otherwise it I loved it.

Lovely printer
Easy printer to set up. Scans and prints great. I do have issues printing from laptop and ipad although it prints from my iphone. Not worked that out yet!

Tanks are great, but paper has jammed twice
I've only had this printer for a week (coming off of an instant ink based printer to stop paying for ink monthly). Straightforward and easy to use
Generally pleased with this printer although it took a couple of attempts to set it up, firstly to connect to WiFi and then to get it to rpint in colour by default. Now that I have achieved these two tasks, it is printing well and is quite straightforward to use.

I think HP has cut corners on this model. I do not like that there is no paper tray in the bottom of the printer. The paper feed is vertical on the backside where dust can accumuate on the paper. Other than that, the printer is ok-you get what you pay for.

So far it has been troublesome having to reset it on several occasions. I’ll see how it goes but if it continues to play up I’ll be looking to swap it out.

3 Years of Ink - False Advertising
I wanted to clear up the 3 years of ink included claim. This is not true for the HP Smart Tank 651, even though it is in the title. 3 years of ink means a small bottle of each color to HP. Disappointing, and false advertising.

bad choice .
The key board that came with this is impossible for me to type on . The set up and configuration of this computer is very complicated and I cannot use it due to this. It , to me, is very complicated piece of machinery to understand , like and use . Thus I am still on my old computer and wondering what to do with this HP I purchased .
