Did not work or power up
I was disappointed in this device. It would not work or power up when plugged in. I tried multiple USB cables. Had to return for a refund. The elderly man at the counter actually asked me if I plugged the USB into my PC before I determined that it was a dud........

Great little docking station
For the size and price this works great. It’s nice o have something small so that I can connect my laptop to an external monitor quickly. It can be a little quirky when I reboot. I sometimes have to unplug it and plug it back into my laptop to get it working again. But it’s not that big of a deal.

The docking station works well. It is more than I needed but was my only option at the time at my Staples store.

Reliable USB to HDMI and Printer
PC i was using had limited USB input/output but this device solved issue and offered additional functionality.

j5create Dual Monitor Docking Station for PC/Mac (JUD380)
The HDMI port on my laptop went out. Picture but no sound. I bought a new HDMI cable but it did not work. Checked the HDMI ports on my TV with the DVD player and they all work just fine so it's the port on the laptop that went bad. I went to staples to see if I could get a USB-HDMI adapter... They aren't made anymore. Only SUB-c to HDMI... there is no USB-c on my laptop...

It's Ok
It doesn't support the resolution that my monitor needs (34" LG ultra-wide). Lesson learned I should have done more research.

Won’t work with my monitor and Lenovo
Won’t work. I am returning this. I loaded all drives. My dell device works much better.
