Canon has excellent printers
I hate to disagree with the person who wrote the other review but you don't give a product a 1 star simply because it doesn't have the features you want. If he wanted a printer that would print to a disk he should have shopped for one. If the printer doesn't perform well or has functionality problems is when you give it low ratings. Canon has the best printers.

Bad Designed
Disappointed due lack of CD/DVD printing, paper capacity limited and not capable to printing or scanning up to 11"x17".

Not worth the connection struggles
The amount of prints you can make with the ink would be amazing IF IT EVER STAYED CONNECTED TO WI-FI, which it DOES NOT.

Expensive and cheaply made.
Shame that this was manufactured by Canon. Unfortunately I bought different brand name after this one. Way better for the price. It gets clogged very often. Very slow, very little good about it. No more Canon for me.

Prints great
It was extremely difficult to connect the printer and the computer. I finally had to call in my grandson to get it working. Once connected, it does print beautifully. Love the ink tanks!

DO NOT BUY!!!!!
I purchased this printer to save on ink, what a mistake that was!! I constantly had to do an INK FLUSH, which wastes a whole lot of ink. After x number of flushes (a predetermined number, unknown to me) the printer will go into error and the only way to fix it is to send it to Canon for service. The sponge has to be replaced! What a SCAM!!!!!!

Only one serious issue
The three main operations, printing,copying and scanning are outstanding. It is a bit slow printing 2 sides. The display is not readable, not backlit, and would have been a dealbreaker if I had known in advance how hard it makes it to use.

Not what I expected or hoped for.
Screen is virtually unreadable, tiny, not backlit or color. Normal printing is fine, but photo printing is a disaster - faint and looks like you are looking through fog. Certainly not what I expected from Canon. Couldn't locate any on-line help to rectify photo printing issues. The scanner works fine as does the sheet feeder.

Bad Purchae
This is the worst printer I have ever owned. If it wasnt an error message it was paper jammed or tray switches to back. Never owned a Canon Printer until now. Will never buy one again.

Do not waste you time and money
Won't connect constantly. If you don't use it enough, you have to do a deep clean of the ink heads and waste a quarter of the ink. I regret buying this.

It’s a piece of junk. Never wants to print from phone or computer. And when it does it always defaults to the rest tray which can only hold a few pieces of paper. I’d use it as a paper weight but it takes up too much space.

No problem so far
Installed G7020 with no problems. Replacing a previous G6020 that was only 3years old. Shortest life of any printer I have owned. Wished I had read more reviews on the G7020 before I bought it. Seems like G7020 has as many problems as G6020. If G7020 gives me trouble as the G6020 did it will be last Canon printer I purchase.
