Best all in one
I have always loved all in one printers, but I personally think that epson has stepped up its game with the Epson Ecotank, ink that is a fraction of the cost to refill the ink. And in reality will last way longer than any other ink from any other printer out there. Than with the speed of print, that alone put the icing on it for me, I’m someone whom always is in a rush ...

Didn’t work
Printer didn’t work. Called support and the conclusion was that the printer had something wrong with it and was a dud. :/

Coonvenient Quality
The Epson ET-16650 is more than I could have hoped for. In just the one week we have had it in our office, it is apparent from our productivity that it was well worth its purchase price. Horrible company
Had this printer for 6 months. It stopped working. Contacted Epson and they had me run tests to see why it didn't work. They said that the product was defective and I needed to contact the seller to honor my warranty. Contacted the seller and they said that Epson manufactures warranty was not transferable. What good it their manufactures warranty if they don't honor it?...

Switched from HP to Epson
This replaced my HP color laser all-in-one. Not cheap, but refillable ink will provide significant savings over time. Easy setup and good quality printing (though not laser quality). Really like large format scanner and printer! Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

Epson 16650
The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! Sent defective product - their words not mine! Replacement printer was supposed to arrive in 2-5 days. 4 days later and it hasn't even shipped from Epson. No apology, no discount offered, ABSOULETY NOTHING! I will NEVER purchase anything from EPSON again. This is embarrassingly bad on their part.

I have had this ET-16650 printer for over 2 years now and I am on my 3rd set of ink. I have not had any issues with it. I had to replace the waste tank once. We had the last printer for about 7 years. It was an awesome piece of office equipment and slowly it started failing. So after about a year of that we decided to get a new one. It made us realize how worn out it was. The new one is crisper, clearer and faster than the old one.

Exceeded My Expectations
I have owned Epson printers for decades...and, they last that long too! So when it came time to replace my older WF7510, I selected another Epson product, the EcoTank Pro. It packs a tremendous amount of functionality into a compact, modern design. Seeing it up was fairly easy and it prints vibrant color lightning fast! I am beyond pleased!

Great printer, but missing a feature.
The software and drivers installed fine and it is working as expected. I haven't got to testing the photo quality, but the regular documentation has good colors and crisp print.
