Dont buy
Bought this printer in April and now just getting it set up in my new home office. I says its connected to my network but doesnt show up on any of my computers or iphone or ipad. Tried to connect my laptop directly to the printer and still nothing.

Coonvenient Quality
The Epson ET-16650 is more than I could have hoped for. In just the one week we have had it in our office it is apparent from our productivity that it was well worth its purchase price. I bought this printer because the ink lasts longer, because of the paper size, and my old ET 4850 printer keeps getting stuck on paper and keeps sending out messages saying it needs ink when it doesn't. Switched from HP to Epson
This replaced my HP color laser all-in-one. Not cheap but refillable ink will provide significant savings over time. Easy setup and good quality printing (though not laser quality). Really like large format scanner and printer! Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

Good solution for economic ink, wide format print/scan/fax
I bought my ET-16600 via the Certified ReNew, and even had to return the first unit and was quickly provided a replacement, so I can highly recommend the Certified ReNew program from Epson. The current unit is working great for printing and scanning, I am not using the fax feature, as I no longer use this technology. Scan to e-mail easily replaces fax approach.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! Sent defective product - their words not mine! Replacement printer was supposed to arrive in 2-5 days. 4 days later and it hasn't even shipped from Epson. No apology no discount offered ABSOULETY NOTHING! I will NEVER purchase anything from EPSON again. This is embarrassingly bad on their part.

I brought this printer over a year ago. It is absolutely the worst printer I have had in my thirty-plus years of using printers. Getting an update almost every other month and still the printer prints erratically. Now it is no longer printer color. My very first printer with an Epson line printer. It was fabulous. What happened to Epson?

Epson ET-16650 - Like this printer
I have had this ET-16650 printer for over 2 years now and I am on my 3rd set of ink. I have not had any issues with it. I had to replace the waste tank once. I am in construction and print 11x17 plan sets all the time. Still happy with my purchase. Fix your support Epson!
After seeing the 1 star reviews and the repeated problems that Epson is not addressing, but instead condescending to the patron telling them they are sorry look at the FAQs.. I have decided to avoid Epson. If Epson's support sucks, so to must their printers.

We had the last printer for about 7 years. It was an awesome piece of office equipment and slowly it started failing. So after about a year of that we decided to get a new one. It made us realize how worn out it was. The new one is crisper clearer and faster than the old one.
