Okay but not working for me
The binder is okay but doesn't like to lay flat and the file folder part is harder to access my papers due to the zipper piece. Also no good place for pencils post it notes or white out. So depends on how what you need to function on whether you it or not.

wrong color
They delivered red and black not gray and black. disappointed they didn't get it right and now have to make a trip to return it
