not impressed
Live chat agent helped me to find a tape compatible with my label maker so I ordered several. Turns out that it isnt compatible. I felt like they were tired of looking and just gave me a product number.

Hopefully they will all work. We have had some that do not work but I am going to be sure to return if that happens again.
