not impressed
Live chat agent helped me to find a tape compatible with my label maker so I ordered several. Turns out that it isnt compatible. I felt like they were tired of looking and just gave me a product number.

Big Box of Labels
We have two offices, each has it's own label maker. Being able to buy ten cartridges at once makes it easier to keep from stealing the last cartridge from the other office when we run out.
