DID NOT WORK AS SALESMAN STATED!!!!!
THIS SIZE LABEL DID NOT WORK FOR USPS SHIPPING AS SALESMAN SAID IT WOULD.WASTED MONEY ON THIS ONE. NEEDED CONTINIOUS STYLE NOT SET SIZE.

Excellent Label Maker with Lots of label choices; Setup and label design choices needlessly complicated
This is a slight update of an earlier model that I own and still use. Excellent device that finds lots of use in our home. I love the versatility of the machine and the variety of labels that can be printed. My only knock is that it the set-up instructions were needlessly complicated and the new edit software was a bit frustrating to use.

Customer Service
The Store Manager at the Har Mar Mall is very knowledgeable and knows his job. The beginning was rocky but after going through the logistics all was smooth. I will continue to buy the labels from Staples.

Solid product if a little pricey
Product works well with my QL500. Software is easy to use once you figure out how it works. These labels print cleanly and are very useful. Would buy again.

Very handy too have when you don't want to print envelopes. The Post Office appreciates it too since they no longer have to interpret my writing or printing.

Easy to use labels
I received the labels quickly and they were easy to load an use. I love the size of these for mailing everyday office mail on 9x12 envelopes.
