Abysmal Service and Lack of Professionalism
I had the worst service experience I have ever known with this business. I dropped off my business PC with its required power cord and was assured it would be ready the next day. No one called. When I went in two days later, I was told it wasn't ready because their tech was out and it would be another five days. This was a major hassle for my business operations.
