Great coverage
Uniball makes great gel ink pens in many colors. Great coverage, flows beautifully and is pretty much smear proof when dry. My only complaint with all Uniball pens is they run out quicker than you think they should.

White ink pen for colored paper
This one works fairly well. I was looking for one with a fine tip like a sharpie, but couldn't find one. I will keep searching.
