Altec True EVO Earbuds Defective
Purchased this product from Staples Store and took the item home to fully charge the item before use after a full charge on the earbuds I discovered there was no sound coming from the right side of the earbuds. I returned this item back to the Staples store where the item was purchased them and informed the customer service person the item was defective.

Not bad!
These are not bad their worst quality is that they are a little low on the high end of the volume. But that said they were a solid purchase for the price.

Altec True EVO Earbuds Defective

Altec Glo Wireless Hook Over Earphones
These things are so cool and easy to find if it is somehow dropped with the bright green glow they have when powered on. I also love the hook over the ear because I lose ear buds very easily but these have been great so far!! Love the little charging case as well.

Couldn't connect to my phone
I could not connect earphones to my phone. I downloaded the app to see if I could fix the problem. First thing it says to help me is to make sure it's connected. I gave up and returned them. I'm sure the product is fine; maybe just make them easier to use. However it could be that I'm just inept.

Not AirPods
Wireless connection was pretty good but it took a while to sync the earpieces to each other. The sound isn't as good as AirPods but good back-ups for the price. The over-ear hooks are difficult to use.

They didn’t work
Like other pairs I’ve tried only one ear bud worked. Tried all the re-pairing instruction to no avail. Disappointing! Rick Miller

Very nice buds
These ear buds are quite comfortable and have great sound quality. The ambient noise factor is not exactly what I expected but it is not a deal breaker for me. I like this item.

Just no
These are horrible. They always fall out of my ears no matter what size is on. They also always lose connectivity to my phone. I can listen to 2 songs if I'm lucky better I have to disconnect and pair them again!

Don’t waste your time. Poorly made. Altec Lansing has a known issue with the right earbud not pairing!

Nice product but has limitations.
I really enjoy the fit price & quality of product. However for me they are not loud enough so I will be returning them.
