Not bad!

These are not bad, their worst quality is that they are a little low on the high end of the volume. But, that said, they were a solid purchase for the price.

Altec True EVO Earbuds Defective

Purchased this product from Staples Store and took the item home to fully charge the item before use, after a full charge on the earbuds I discovered there was no sound coming from the right side of the earbuds. I returned this item back to the Staples store where the item was purchased them and informed the customer service person the item was defective.

Altec Glo Wireless Hook Over Earphones

These things are so cool and easy to find if it is somehow dropped with the bright green glow they have when powered on. I also love the hook over the ear because I lose ear buds very easily but these have been great so far!! Love the little charging case as well.

Couldn't connect to my phone

I could not connect earphones to my phone. I downloaded the app to see if I could fix the problem. First thing it says to help me is to make sure it's connected. I gave up and returned them. I'm sure the product is fine; maybe just make them easier to use. However, it could be that I'm just inept.

Not AirPods

Wireless connection was pretty good but it took a while to sync the earpieces to each other. The sound isn't as good as AirPods but good back-ups for the price. The over-ear hooks are difficult to use.

They didn’t work

Like other pairs I’ve tried only one ear bud worked. Tried all the re-pairing instruction to no avail. Disappointing!

Very nice buds

These ear buds are quite comfortable and have great sound quality. The ambient noise factor is not exactly what I expected, but it is not a deal breaker for me. I like this item.

Just no

These are horrible. They always fall out of my ears no matter what size is on. They also always lose connectivity to my phone. I can listen to 2 songs if I'm lucky better I have to disconnect and pair them again!
