Major Drawback
It doesn't let you go ahead with only black color cartidge, even though you need only grayscale printing. You have to buy all other color cartidge whether you use it or not.

Super printer for home office
My basic use of this printer is to edit and print out photos. I also make copies of checks/statements I mail out for my records, and hard copies of billings (car/home insurance) for ease in making payments.

Hard to set up
I’m finding it hard to set up. To many steps. I keep getting it’s not to the computer. Then I go back and it says it is and then to finalize it says it’s not. To many steps Still haven’t got it set up

Great Printer/scanner.
It is a great printer/scanner. Set up and use is so easy. Scanning both regular & legal. So much better than the $50 printer I would historically get.

Epson Printer Workforce Pro
The Epson Workforce Pro has been a great selection for me. The setup was very simple with easy to follow instructions. The feature I enjoy most is the ability to do automatic two-sided copies, saving me cost of paper. I also like that it’s wireless and can print from either side laptop or phone. I like it, but when I tried to copy a recipe from a book it would not let me. There must have been something about the thickness of the book that it didn't like. Also, the instructions to set it up did not include how to connect it to one's wifi, which wasn't a simple matter of connecting it on the settings. It was returned because the process… steps to set it up stalled & wouldn’t take it to the finish line. It was very frustrating. I ended up purchasing an Epson WF 3820.
