Makes alot of noise
This printer is ok , it does tend to make alot of noise and prints slowly. The prints are good though.

Epson Workforce Pro WF-4830
The Epson workforce pro WF - 4830 that I bought print is good quality in both black-and-white and color. However, it seems prone to jamming, and if not used within a certain timeframe, drops the Wi-Fi connection. This happens both at home and the work printer. Often, I have to shut down the printer and restart it to regain Wi-Fi.

Great printer at a nice price point
Fantastic printer for my home office. I got it delivered, came the next day. Epson packages their printers so well. Bonus, it comes with an ink, which I was unaware of. I bought ink when I bought the printer. .i love that the cartridges are all separate, which will save money in the long run.

Horrible software package
This is an extremely frustrating All-in-One. Epson seems much more interested in collecting data rather than providing functional software and printer. I've tried it with both PC and Mac laptops on an established mature network. You've been warned!

This is the worst printer i haveever owned
I have had printers last for many years. With this printer i cannot print multiple pages without the printertaking in more pages than 1 page at a time. So i try to print 1 page and the printer eats 3 pages at once.DO NOT BUY THIS

Terrible piece of equipment
I have had this printer for several months and I hate it. The paper feeding function is horrible. Unless you have the paper completely full, it feeds multiple pieces of paper when trying to print and the document prints a portion on every sheet it pulls through causing a huge waste of paper and ink. My beef with Epson is ink cost. I purchased one an Epson Workforce printer and discovered the outrageous cost of ink cartridges. Never again.

Money Grab
Printer does its job BUT if you wanna spend load of money on ink then buy Epson. The firmware will not allow you to buy aftermarket. The firmware blocks the chips so you can only buy Epson branded ink at an insane price.

Title says it all. We get on of these printers every six months because fall apart from use. The counter they fit in is customer so no other printer works.

Still can't get the scanner to work
Installation amd set-up of the printer was easy but my husband still hasn't been able to get the scanner to work. He has downloaded the supposedly correct drivers and still hasn't been successful. Good thing I have a scanner at my office. As long as the printer is reliable we are good but I'm going to continue trying to get the scanner up and running.

Seem to work well. Was surprised it does not have flatbed scanner option. The dual paper trays are a timesaver.

Easy setup fast printer good quality and I really like 2 paper trays. Described without toner but toner is included. Win 10 interface is a little less than awesome but I hope Win 11 interface is more intuitive.

Very Costly Option for your Small Business
Do not buy this, or any Epson product. The constant updates on firmware prevent the use of refillable ink cartridges and none of the XL cartridges last as long as stated. Huge cost after purchase to continue running this printer. Better of with a unit by Brothers
