Class action suit related to ink!
Do not purchase the printer until you become familiar with the class action suit against EPSON. Not only will the printer reject any ink from third-party vendors, but even if you purchase EPSON ink, it is programmed to suck the cartridges dry very quickly each time you turn the printer on.I've purchased dozens of printers over my forty years in business and the EPSON ma...

Great Little Cost-Effective Workhorse Printer
At last, a small easy-to-lift printer that anyone can use at home or work. It works reliably and easy on cartridges making it affordable to use. Cartridges are easy to change out. I already have one printer at my home and bought this second one while on the road for a job. I highly recommend this printer.

I encourage people to read the 2 and 3 star reviews for this model. As mentioned in the other reviews, the printer does appear to be cheaply made. I was concerned about breaking the printer while removing all of the packing tape. Excellent printer for the price point
I was surprised at how easy it was to set up and connect to my WiFi system. The relatively large touch screen was easy to see and use. I’m exclusively using iOS with iPads and printing from them was easy..it found the printer instantly. The print quality on regular paper is good, black type is sharp and clear.

Worst Printer on the Market
Purchased this printer about 1 1/2 years ago because I liked all the features. After 1 1/2 years of use I decided it's the worst printer I've ever owned. Epson FORCES you to purchase their ink otherwise you can't use the printer. Epson prompts you to update the firmware so that it denies use of third party ink. Waste of money!
This was hard to connect to the internet and our devices, printed blank sheets constantly, always needed new ink no matter what, and only seemed to scan things about half of the time. The worst printer ever. Also, how did you make a firmware update so your own printer won’t recognize its own brand of ink?

Firmware update. If you like updating firmware then this product is for you, Updating firmware is about the only thing it seems to be capable of doing. It needs a new firmware update approximately every 12 minutes for all of eternity for some reason, it must be the worst designed product in the history of the universe. Epson WorkForce Pro doesn't work. It's been a pain.

Prints good but breaks everytime there is an update
The printing and the pictures it produces are great, BUT the price of the ink is ridiculous and everytime you install new firmware it will not recognize the ink you currently have no matter how new it is. It sucks
This printer sucks. It continuously jams if you're not using the super expensive thick paper and loses wifi all of the time. Oh and it burns through ink faster than my f150 does gas. I am throwing it away after a year and a half of pure hassle.

It's a work horse.
Love the all in one's. This is the third I've had of this model. Only had small thing that I could have fixed go bad. They wouldn't send me the part. I buy the insurance. They give you a voucher for what you paid so you can buy a brand new one.
