They don't make 'em like they used to
So my Epson Workforce-635 is great, still works but Epson won't update it to 64-bit and I need to update my OS. So forced into buying a new Epson but none so far compare. The 4820 doesn't duplex scan, the 4830 is much larger. Prints are not square and introduce skew so borders are off by 2mm top and bottom, and it cannot print as close to the edge as the old printer. Replacing my 13 year old Epson Workforce
Loved my old one but when it kept jamming it was either find a repair person or get a new one. When I priced out the new ones, it made sense to buy it. Stoped communicating with computer in 1 month
Suddenly stopped working and drivers aren’t updating. Not impressed! Had for a month! Sale $149. Yeah. NO. Image quality not impressive.

Les cartouches sont beaucoup trop cher....c'est de l'abus.
Je l'aime bien, bon scanneur et imprime bien... le seul bémol le prix des cartouches et l'impossibilité d'utiliser des cartouches compatibles... les cartouches originales sont vraiment chers. Il devrait y avoir une loi contre ce genre de monopole. Il y a toujours des versions générique que ce soit pour des pièces d'autos ou pour les médicaments.

Makes alot of noise

Epson Workforce Pro WF-4830
The Epson workforce pro WF - 4830 that I bought print is good quality in both black-and-white and color. However, it seems prone to jamming, and if not used within a certain timeframe, drops the Wi-Fi connection. This happens both at home and the work printer. Often, I have to shut down the printer and restart it to regain Wi-Fi.

Horrible software package
This is an extremely frustrating All-in-One. Epson seems much more interested in collecting data rather than providing functional software and printer. I've tried it with both PC and Mac laptops on an established mature network. You've been warned!

This is the worst printer i haveever owned
I have had printers last for many years. With this printer i cannot print multiple pages without the printertaking in more pages than 1 page at a time. So i try to print 1 page and the printer eats 3 pages at once.DO NOT BUY THIS

Terrible piece of equipment
I have had this printer for several months and I hate it. The paper feeding function is horrible. Unless you have the paper completely full, it feeds multiple pieces of paper when trying to print and the document prints a portion on every sheet it pulls through causing a huge waste of paper and ink.
