You hear every sound around you
Hardly heard most of the music, could not hear the words of the audiobook. Did hear EVERY sound around me. I tried to listen on a plane and the regular plane noise was much louder with these earphones on than without them. Before the trip, I tried it in a quiet room and thought they'd be fine. A Bargain
For the price, these are great. Unfortunately or maybe it is for the best, I DID NOT read the info on packaging so these aren't as loud as I would like but, again, maybe that is for the best.

not so good
Pads make 8 year old's ears sore after 30 minutes. Volume reduced to 1/2. Can barely hear.

Work Well
These worked very well for our 8 year old daughter. They fit, are comfortable, and have good sound quality. They are a little odd to fold. That's my only wish.

Most bang for my buck
I bought 2 pairs of these headphones for my children for school. I like that they are adjustable and lightweight. They easily fold and fit into our headphone cases. My kids like them because they are comfortable and they really like the noise cancelling feature.

GREAT ITEM
Ive had them before. I purchased this new set for my 5 year old grandson. He is attentive and he knows how to plug it in. He is into colors so its definitely color friendly for children. He would leave home without them. Lets try to get some more of those primary colors for children. I have granddaughters, they like pink, green and yellow, orange.
