Stays Hot
Our office loves these cups. For a disposable, we won't purchase any other brand. These keep our coffee hot, and others cold.

Not insulated
These cups are awful. They would be fine for a cold drink but that suck for coffee. You will burn your hand if using for coffee.

LEAKS
CUPS ARE NICE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY EVERY CUP IS LEAKING AROUND THE BOTTOM FROM THE BATCH WE RECEIVED.
