easy to use
This laminator is easy to use right out of the box. It works well and takes up little space. I feel it is well worth the price.

jammed and stopped working
Jammed within the first 3 uses. And I'm not talking like caught itself in the corner and had to be pulled out and resent through I'm talking it ate an entire sheet. It took forever to get it out and now it doesn't work anymore. Complete waste of money.

Nice machine just a little slow
Good for somebody who doesn’t do very much laminating but I do about 300 pages at a time. And this machine only does one page every minute and I can’t afford to sit there for hours upon hours waiting for one page to go through a minute at a time.

Hi Edward. Thank you for taking the time to post your review. The Ion 95 is a small home laminator designed for approximately 25 documents per month. Since you are laminating up to 300 documents per day you will want to consider the purchase of a commercial laminator. We hope this helps.

jammed and stopped working

Laminator
This laminator works just as it claims to work. I recommend it. I use it to laminate 3x5 cards on an 8.5 x11.5 pouch and then cut them apart with paper cutter. 3 mil ad well as 5 mil can be cut easily.

Great and affordable place or beginners ! Not made for everything
This is a pretty great place to start for small home needs and projects. It does the job, its safe, and easy to use. I tried to laminate one of my national park tickets as a souvenir but it became black when it came out which is most likely because the ink on these tickets is very loose and not properly printed like documents or cards. Thank you for sharing your experience, susana! We recommend using self-adhesive pouches with the cold setting for sensitive documents. Since this model does not feature a cold setting, we suggest self-adhesive sheets which do not require the use of a laminator. If you have any questions, please give us a call! My#1 Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of my favorite tools to use for home projects because it is so simple to use and fast; no setup is required; simply plug in and get to work; I love the style and design; it heats up quickly; and I appreciate the auto shut off feature. Dissappointing
I've only had this machine for 7 month, last week it jammed on me so I took it apart and managed to get jammed document out but now everything jams every time!! Today I cut my finger twice trying to unjam a document and had to give up the fight. :0(
