HP customer service is good. They tried to help me restore my old 1 yr printer that was hooked up to a HP account. My new printer is just used to copy and it is working fine. I did not hook printer to. Wifi

Good while connected
This printer is good. Ive only had it for a short time, but it prints well. When i can get connected to it, it is nice as i can print from anywhere in my house to two hours away in another town. Nice MFP for the price
Decent basic MFP for the price. No frills, just works. Lacks a bypass tray; you have to take out the paper and put envelopes in rather than putting them in a bypass slot. No fax and good; haven't had to send a fax in a decade. Prints fast. Scans fast but only single sided (app handles double-sided scanning.)
