Great Desk, Great Support, Great Instructions, Great Price.
Great desk. Had probably the same desk 40+ years ago! A classic. One screw was defective/unusable (no Phillips head) and a call to support and it will soon be here. It does take a while to assemble, but directions were very good.

very disappointed
Very low-quality desk, not worth the cost and every single part was separate and had to be assembled. Nothing good about this desk at all!

Broken
The corners of the desk top were broken. They said let is give a credit or a top of desk, bur no one called me.

Beautiful Desk - Shipping Process Not So Great
I spent a lot of time finding the right desk. I really needed one with three file drawers. I found this model on-line and made my decision. Center Drawer Lousy
Your center drawer stinks! I had to call and order a new part for center drawer I received it ok but when I started to assemble the center drawer I found that I needed 2 more parts and some additional screws. Beauty From The Bush!
The desk is simply beautiful & exactly as I wanted. The directions are excellent & very easy to follow. The secret to an easy assembly is to organize the parts exactly like the book for easy pickings & organize all desk parts from AA-Z. Again, follow the directions (it is very precise)!! Look Elsewhere!!
I ordered an executive desk and office chair. Received chair and HALF my desk within a few days. Over a month waiting on the other half of my desk. Customer service is absolutely no help. I havent gotten my desk or my refund. Oh and the desk comes in hundreds of little pieces you have to assemble.
