straw breaks easily
The straws are not great quality and 2 already broke. If I would have known they dont carry replacemts straws for their 32oz tumbler, I would have not purchased them. Expensive tumbler.

It’s iced latte perfection

Easy/simple to wash
I bought multiple ones because the lid is simple and easy to wash. It does keep the drink hot/warm/cold for many hours.
I also love that I can get replacement lids because for some reason, one of the lid was broken in the dish washer after few years use.
Some things to improve:

Don't Buy. Pretty color, LEAKY lid!
I bought this cup in lilac for my 8yr old because she fell in love with the color. I admit, the cup is beautiful and it keeps things cold/hot - so 2 stars for that, but I hate that it leaks/spills so badly!! The seal on the lid isn't tight at all. Great for Everyday Use

Pretty, and keeps my drinks cold
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the beacon tumbler in white. I really like the look of the matte finish and that it keeps my drinks cold.. The straw has a ring to help prevent from falling out. (Yay!) the only drawback for me is the finish makes the cup slippery to hold, so it’s not been my go-to cup as of yet.

Disappointed with lid

Absolutely LOVE!
I am so in love with this cup! It’s perfect to help me get my water in when I’m home. It keeps it so cold and the dual top is perfect to use it for coffee. I couldn’t find a better one. All of Ello’s products are amazing!
