Great Warranty and Assistance
I took this suitcase on one trip and when I landed to my destination I was shocked when I saw this huge dent on the corner! This was only for the first part of my trip! I reach out to dukap and see what they can do since I have a free 2 year warranty. The suitcase was lightweight and easy to navigate, however, the dent threw me off! Don't buy
The wheels don't roll very well at all. I'm not sure , if this was just a defect or if it's all of the suitcases.

Poor wheels
While this luggage appears to be well made, the wheels are not. It was very difficult to maneuver it through the airport. One one the wheels broke on the return trip.

It's Pretty!
I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, but if it is anything like my larger one, it held up great during a trip to Europe. No dents or dings and zippers held up really well. I will update when I get back from next trip using this one. I love the yellow color!!!

Quality for the price

I honestly canāt say how I like my luggage do to the fact I never received my purchase. Iām sure it would have been lovely. So at this point sadly I would find it difficult to give any good ratings especially to have payed for merchandise I never received.

Exceptional customer service
5 star service from these guys when ordering the cases as a gift for friends. They went above and beyond during the ordering process and the cases were delivered to the US without a hitch. Cases are excellent, am going to purchase some for myself now!

Love at first sight
In addition to being gorgeous it's incredibly robust and practical. It's been on journeys with me through South East Asia and across to Europe/The UK. It still looks brand new (some minor and totally to be expected marks on the reinforced corners) and it's beautifully easy to move about - so smooth.

Firstly, I have the medium one in red color which held a lot of luggage and made it very easy to spot on the carousel! No one has that color (as yet) so made it super easy to spot.
