Excellent product
Love this set. Hard shell to protect my items easy to maneuver and love that it has a locking system. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

Worse luggage ever!!!
DON'T BUY!!!! I bought this luggage, multiple times and even paid for the company to ship me a replacement, trying to be hopeful, but the luggage always breaks in the same spot, next to the wheels. It is not durable and a very weak spot.

Excellent Product and Superior Customer Service
Products are well made and roomy. However, the customer service tops all. The product I ordered was out of stock. They asked me personally, no email or texting back and forth, to let me know. When they asked if another color was okay and I said no, they worked with me to find another set in my color, for the original price and even added the features from the first set....

Had some bumps but customer service is great!
I ordered this luggage set and was later emailed by someone within the company, informing me that the set I bought was sold out. They offered me a different color but I had ordered yellow and wanted a bright color, and was offered grey. Wonderful customer service!
When I first purchased these I used the wrong card so I emailed and asked to cancel. They cancelled right away. I then went back to repurchase and the welcome code did not work. Exceptional customer service
5 star service from these guys when ordering the cases as a gift for friends. They went above and beyond during the ordering process and the cases were delivered to the US without a hitch. Cases are excellent, am going to purchase some for myself now!

Love at first sight
In addition to being gorgeous it's incredibly robust and practical. It's been on journeys with me through South East Asia and across to Europe/The UK. It still looks brand new (some minor and totally to be expected marks on the reinforced corners) and it's beautifully easy to move about - so smooth.
