Bright
The ring light is a very right light that is made to light up the room in a picture kind of way. The ring light therefore does a great job of that and even has a stand you can get your phone to stay on and take picture. Overall the product is great!

Product quality
There weren’t instructions, I followed the photo on the box. It didn’t even hold my phone upright. I returned the product.

Whole Family portrait
I bought this for my daughter who is about to give birth to twins. This halo light will allow her and her husband to take good photo’s of the whole family. It is a beautiful rose gold color.

Really good for $25
Bought this so people can actually see me during work meetings. Perfect for what I needed, 3 different shade of lights with different strength. It s super light so I just taped it to the top of my monitor.

Perfect for Zoom calls
I bought it so that my face would be properly lit on Zoom calls on my desktop computer . It works well for that purpose. The dimmer on it is a helpful feature, as is the warm/cool light option. It's extremely easy to set up. Could be slightly bigger which is why I gave it four instead of five stars. It's great for the price. I recommend it.

Ring lite
The light itself is great with a wide range of light dim to bright options. Big downside to this product it’s that the mount for the phone does not secure to the light very well and falls off easily

Far better than illustrated or documented.
I just ordered a second one for use with the IOS multi-camera interview mode.
This unit has three hot-shoe compatible female mounts and the mini-tripod attaches with a standard 3/4-20 tripod mount plus there is a 3/4-20 female inside the ring and one in the base of the mini camera mount. You can easily adapt it for your needs with a wide variety of standard adapters...

Great Light
The light is great for ensuring your face is lit properly for a video call. One thing worth noting is you need to be careful about the USB power supply you use as the adaptor for an old iPhone overheats.

Exactly what I needed for the right amount
I've only had it for a month and bought it on sale for $15 but it is highly effective for what I wanted it for, mostly to light my face during video calls in a flattering way. I don't think I could have gotten similar results for less money, and I like the multiple settings a lot. Have to recommend for the price I paid.

Worked for 10 minutes
I bought this halo light online, and it was delivered well packaged and on time as promised. I was not aware it had only a USB power option, so cannot be plugged in to a 120v outlet. It has many options for colour and intensity which is great, however after using for the first ten minutes of a video call it quit working, and no longer can light up. I will return to Stap...

Buy it if only for the ring light
The ring light itself has been super helpful and works well. There's different types of ring colour lights you can choose from and you can adjust the brightness of it. The reason I gave it four stars is because the tripod stand that comes with it is cheap and filmsy. It doesn't allow you to readjust the width of the stand.
