As Good As Expected
I am satisfied with the refills. Unfortunately, they were not available in the Stapes store. I had to order online. I received them within two days of my store visit. I love my metal Profile pens. I work in healthcare and wipe all my pens with alcohol at the end of the shift. The metal is sturdy and makes it look a bit more professional.

Refills don’t even fit. Not the same metal barrel. Cheap plastic not even suitable for a Bic pen.

Perfect refill for PaperMate Profile
The PaperMate Profile ball point pen is for sale nearly everywhere, but not the refills. These refills are perfect for these pens. In an effort to reduce waste on this planet, our home, these refills should be available just as many places as the pens are. But, thankfully, Staples has what is needed, just a bit pricey compared to the pens.

Great product, ridiculous packaging
These were exactly what I needed. But one tiny package came in a box about 12x8x5. You'd think there would be more space-effective ways to ship pen refills.

Perfect refill for favorite pen
These refills are wonderful for use in favorite style pen. I cut them down 1/8" so the cartridge fit perfectly. Very happy.

Refills that fit and work; wish they held more ink
Staples is the only place I could find the pen refill for the Paper Mate Profile ballpoint pens. It seems a shocking waste to throw away a stainless steel pen when the ink runs out. Paper Mate used to make refills that held more ink and were in a metal tube, but no longer, so we're still discarding a plastic tube each time. Paper Mate, for the environment, please come u...
