Great Customer Service
Their customer service was wonderful. When I got the desk two pieces had a slight scratch and what I paid for the desk I wanted it to be perfect. I called customer service ready to be a Karen but I didn’t have to be, the gentleman I spoke to was amazing. Over nighted the two pieces that were messed up. He also informed me that I had a 10 year warranty with the desk!

I was thrilled to order this desk for my at home office. I was quickly bothered as soon as I started to assemble it. It seemed like every other piece had some sort of glue residue on the surfaces. There was also chips and scratches from the saw dust/wood chips from manufacturing. They don't do a good job of removing the chips and they get sandwiched between finished p...

Nice Desk, Extremely Heavy, Honest Review
Several things that could improve this U-Shaped Desk:
1. Each of the three boxes weighs well over 100 lbs / 50kg. These should be further divided up into 5 or 6 boxes total so that each box is manageable by someone who is not The Incredible Hulk. The FedEx delivery man himself looked like he was going to have a heart attack or a hernia.

Nice desk. Love the color
Nice desk. Love the color & size. I do wish the front desk included a section of drawers/file drawer like the L-section has. The desk also needs a center drawer for small desk items such as pens, staple remover, scissors & etc. . .

Good Product!
The desk is really nice! The assembly took a while, but was mostly easy to follow. When the desk arrived there was some shipping damage but it did not affect functionality. On another note, the price is not that high for such a big desk. And the quality is very good (accept for the slightly damaged part from shipping)!

Great Purchase!
I love this desk! It fits great in my office and the color is beautiful. I originally thought I wanted a solid white desk, but this color is so much better. (I can't remember what they call the color, but it's Bestar's version of white.)

Whole new office!
Yeah this stuff is great. Solid, and better quality than most. I have the U des, 2 drawer file cabinet and a shelf. Really happy to have all 3. Love this desk! It was actually surprisingly easy to put together - as long as you followed the directions and didn't get overwhelmed by the amount of pieces included. Going step by step helped and the end result is beautiful! I've been using the desk for a couple of months now and it is wonderful!

I was disappointed to find the desk was finished in rather cheap contact paper that succumbs to corner damage easily. The contact paper on the hutch shelf had delaminated at one end. Best Desk For the Money
This is a very sturdy desk. For the price this costs they tried to make a desk that has the best value and will hold up for years. I think they achieved that. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. Great company and easy to deal with.

Missing Parts
The desk was a nightmare to put together. I was sent two of the same side pieces (#33) and had to create holes myself to attach the desk together. Tried to contact Bestar twice and was never able to get a person on phone. Finally gave up and settled. Not what I expected for a piece that costs almost 1k... with no options for tech to build.
