Hanging file system
Hanging file rack system is a flimsy piece of metal that will bow back-and-forth depending on the way to the files being put in the drawer

File holders very flimsy
It nice looking however the rails to hold the hanging file folders aren’t secure at all. They keep falling off. Really bad design. I wouldn’t buy if you need file storage

Love this stylish filing solution!
Was surprised that the unit arrived pretty much ready-built. Just needed to add on the legs. Got the item on sale and I am very pleased with it. It is sturdy and functional and looks great in my room. Wish I had space for the matching items because I would buy them in a flash!

Came Damaged. Tried returning. UPS never picked up our item. Has been sitting outside for 6 days. Now I can't return it. Staples is a complete joke! DO NOT BUY THEIR FURNITURE ONLINE.

Well made
I loved that the cabinet was already assembled. We only had to put the legs on. This is very sturdy and well made. Better than a lot of previous assembly furniture kits that I have had over the years. It dies come with the metal bars for your files. So much better than the stupid plastic strips that always break. Quality furniture

Not so positive experience after purchase.
Staples didn't sell the hanging folders which would fit inside the cabinet. Also the staff in this store was hardly available, and that's happened the last 4 times I entered this location. The furniture is very good, and I'm happy it.

Please don't buy!
I bought this in the store after looking at the display model. It really is beautiful, and very sturdy when opening and closing the drawers. We wanted to put it in our home office and didn't want a metal one. I wish I had read the reviews while checking out. The metal file bars that hold the hanging file folders are VERY flimsy. Looks good-but bad hanging file design
I bought two cabinets & pushed them together. They do look good as a credenza style in my office space. I bought specifically for household finance files. The cabinets look okay, they have some style, they are sturdy. However, the mechanism that holds the hanging files is a very poor design. Fairly easy to put together and practical
I really like the style of these file cabinets (I bought 2) and they hold lots of files, so they are practical for my home office use. I purchased the Thomasville Furniture Whitney 2 Drawer Lateral File Cabinet from Staples in Cedar Grove.
The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and even loaded the cabinet into my vehicle. This was suppose to be done by two people, but he managed.

Drawer came all checked in scratched
Super bummed really like the quality of this item but the door was all chipped it looks like it has been repainted unfortunately I really needed it from my office supplies and had already put it together before noticing all these little imperfections not worth some money
