Can't get it to work
It won't hold a charge so my compute can connect with it. You sent me a return system but I had already discarded the packaging and it is 100 mile trip to the nearest town of Lordsberg NM. I live on my 1100 SS check.

Good Quality
I love JBL brand, first time bought JBL head set. sound is very good. it is convenient when I am in gym, outside. It is light.

Weak bass, poor volume controls.
It lacks sufficient bass, and I am not usually a huge fan of bass. Also, the volume controls don't seem to work at all. Otherwise, they're fine.

We appreciate your feedback. We need to find the common cause of the issue. If it happens only with a specific album, try adjusting the EQ settings to boost the bass for that album. If it occurs with a certain streaming service or app, check with them to improve sound quality. If it seems random, increase the low-frequency settings in the EQ to make typical recordings sound fuller while keeping the extreme bass from being too much. If you are using an EQ, turn it off to see if that resolves the problem. If you aren’t using an EQ, turn it on and boost the bass slightly. To check if the problem is with the source device, connect the earbuds to a different device, like a phone, tablet, or music player. If the problem persists. Do a factory reset. Reset procedure for JBL Tune Series: 1. Turn the headphones on 2. Press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds. 3. The headphones will turn off and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the volume doesn't work, it's possible there's a button functionality issue. You may contact us directly so we can further assist you.

Great headset!
Sound is superb. Build quality seems like it’s will last if you’re careful while rotating and unfolding the ear cups. It is a bit tight like others mentioned but tolerable. You’ll need to rest your ears a bit every couple hours or so. Battery life is great. I didn’t try the mic yet so I cannot comment on that.

Really happy with the sound the only issue is that on one side the headphone soft cover keeps coming off and is a pain to put back on.

Amazing for the price!
I brought as a birthday gift for my sister and she’s been using them for just over a week and she says they’re great! Comfy and great value + the battery lasts ages!!

Sounds decent but small for bigger heads
Too small for my big head, it squeezes my ears. I think o should have bought an “over ear” one. But Bluetooth pairs really well and fast.

Earpad broke off in 30 days
Within 30 days, the earpad separated from the headset. This was disappointing. This was a gift to our son who picked these out.

Basic at most
I didn’t know that this specific number 510BT is probably only one of , if the only pair of headphones that are not compatible with the JBL headphones app for iPhone. I also don’t really like the white color. Would have preferred black ones

Good Product!
I got these about 10 months ago, great quality, but about a month ago, they stopped being able to charge and work. They slip off my ears a little bit, which isn't great for dance, but they have nice quality. The ear covers fell off, but I was able to stick them back in, it just took a little while. Definitely getting again, overall good product.
