Best wired earbuds for the price.
I bought these today (1/5/24) I am so happy I did because they are very comfortable, have great clarity, and have great microphone quality. Keep it up, JBL!

heavy bad fit and odd wiring
Ear buds:
- These must be designed for someone with enormous ears. They are extremely large and heavy. Since they are not in-ear buds, my ears cannot hold the weight and the shape.
- The buds are not cushioned. Both of my ears are stretched by the buds.
Wiring:
- The wiring is heavy too and adds weight to the buds. If feels like the wires are dragging the ear buds...

Sizing is off
I always use one-size-fits-all earbuds, but these ones are sized really badly and absolutely did not fit my ears (unlike the standard Sony or Apple earbuds). Wish I hadn't wasted my money.

Great partner with Android 9 or latest smartphone which comes with Dolby Atmos.
Since smartphone has power usage concern, so this in-ear headphone has focus tune on this need. It is very great partner for smartphone.

Microphone is Troublesome
The main reason I bought these headphones was to have a working microphone since my work laptop's microphone hasn't been great. These headphones are really finicky and the microphone only works when I plug out and plug in again every time I need to speak in a meeting. no good
No good after about a week the headphones lost their quality in sound. Then the plastic earphone covers fell off and the mic stopped working on top of that. I've purchased better in a discount store.

Great for the price/type of headphones.
I've had these headphones for almost 2 years now. I use them almost daily. I like that I can be aware of my surroundings if I am out in public. The music sounds good on them. Whenever I am talking on the phone with these the person on the other end can always hear me perfectly.
