A nice surprise!
I bought these out of curiosity, I also got my GF a pair of these in white with rose gold accents.She's very picky when it comes to earbuds, she doesn't like in ear style earbuds so I figured I'd give these a shot since the only options on the market are overpriced Apple and Samsung earbuds, the rest in this style are super low end junk.

Terrible
I bought on the 24th of December while at the airport, by the 20th of January the left ear had stopped working completely. Absolute waste of money. I bought these thinking they'd last a bit longer than cheaper ones. I'd have been better off spending a fiver on some cheap cheap and just replacing them. Awful product.

Best wired earbuds for the price.
I bought these today (1/5/24) I am so happy I did because they are very comfortable, have great clarity, and have great microphone quality. Keep it up, JBL!

One size fit all not
I only buy jbl products for audio, but the one size fit all earbuds with no sizers not a good idea. They fall out!

Great for the price/type of headphones.
I've had these headphones for almost 2 years now. I use them almost daily. I like that I can be aware of my surroundings if I am out in public. The music sounds good on them. Whenever I am talking on the phone with these the person on the other end can always hear me perfectly.

Great sound
JBL always makes quality product. It has great clarity but low bass. Only problem is the material is hard plastic so if it doesn't fit properly its gonna hurt your ears after a bit.

I was initially quite happy with the sound quality of the headphones, especially for the fair price.
About 2 months in, the rubber covers around the headphones(the part that goes into the ear fell off.

Poor quality
I've bought these earphones 3 times and they keep having the same issue. After 2 months of working thd left ear stops working and after a couple of days the right side stops as well. Comparing to the price we pay, its best not to keep buying them.

Dissappointed
yesterday on 30.5.2021 left side earphone suddenly stops working, I have no complaint with the sound quality but as an avid jbl fan disappointed with the build quality. please let me know how can i opt for service in Ludhiana

Keep Breaking
OK, so this is the 3rd pair of these specific headphones and after about 3+4 months they break. I've had 4 pairs throughout this whole year. Something needs to be done, the "unbreakable" flat wire cord is not as it seems. I realize they are only $20, but they should last abit longer.
