Easy setup, quick printing, lots of features
This is hands down the easiest printer Iāve ever setup and Iāve owned dozens of printers. In addition to the ease of setup, the speed with which this prints is awesome.

Disaster to keep connected to wifi
Itās trueāyou get what you pay for. In the hopes of entering the home laser jet market with something I could afford now, I bought this printer. It connected just fine the first time to Wi-Fi. And now, it neve stays connected. What a waste of money. Upgrade and get a Canon insteadāwish I had just saved up the money and waited.

Good but no double sided copy/scan
This is a good little black-and-white printer, but although you can print double-sided, you cannot scan or copy double-sided. while the set up was relatively easy, the instruction booklet that comes with the printer tells you nothing more than directing you to a website. NOT WORTH IT
I BOUGHT THIS FOR A HOME OFFICE. I DONT BELIEVE I PRINTED 200 PAPGES AND THE DRUM ALREADY NEED TO BE REPLACE... HP NEVERSTOP I HAVE FOR FOUR YEARS AND I HAD TO CHANGE THE DRUM ONCE. THIS ONE I BOUGHT IT ON FEB 02, 2025. TODAY 03/28/2025 YOU DO THE MATH AND I WAS ON VACATION FOR TWO WEEKS

Doesnāt connect with my computer
The reason I bought this was because my old printer which was fine with Windows 10, but wouldnāt work with Windows 11.
I have been able to hook it up for one or two printings, but then it disappears.
I canāt get it back online.

I had to get someone to come in to set up this printer, unlike hp printers I previously owned. While I realize I am out of touch with new things, setting up a printer should not be this hard. Very disappointed. āSmartā is definitely not this app.

OK NOT GREAT
We had difficulty in setting the printer config to access wireless commands. The only resolution was to uninstall all the software and start over--TWICE! I've had other HP printers in the past that were much better built and easier to use. This will probably be the last HP device I buy.
