This little printer is just right for my light printing needs. The paper tray is ridiculously easy to load, and the duplexing feature is a bonus.

Hate this printer.
No matter how many times I remove and reinstall this printer it will not stay online. I don't print a lot but every time I go to print it is offline and then I have to jump through a million hoops to get it back online to print. Just when I think the problem is solved I go to print and it is offline AGAIN. So now I have resorted to hooking it up with a USB cable which...

CAN'T USE GENERIC INK
It is illegal for a printer company to sell printers that cannot have buyer's choice of ink, but apparently not HP!!! After spending almost two hours on chat, the guy finally tells me that there is no way to override this printer to be able to use generic! I will be returning as their cost of ink is $100 vs $30 with generic. Extremely disappointed in HP.

Staples salesperson Dylan was extremely helpful with the selection and set up for this printer. I have only used it a few times but it meets my needs and performs as advertised. Easy as 123 setup and love 2 sided print.
Without a doubt, this was the easiest printer I have ever set up. The 123.hp app does everything for you,even obtains and inserts your WiFi password. No touch double sided printing is great. Great printer, especially for the price.

Super Frustrating
HP has direct WiFi on this model. Perfect, I don’t have WiFi so I bought it.
It’s factory turned off and you have to have WiFi to turn on the no WiFi feature which is the dumbest thing in the history of dumb things.

SUPER FAST
I bought this for B&W speed as a companion to the 7602 Ink Tank printer. The price for performance is incredible and it's very easy to set up on your network. The small footprint makes it easy to position anywhere as a second printer. Great print quality, relatively cheap toner cartridges and price per sheet. (7602 is better on frugality - but love this for speed/print)...

Compact, basic and works
I just needed a reliable B&W printer for a relatively small space. This fits the bill. For the set up, it took a bit to get it to connect to our WiFi, but once I figured that out, it was a breeze.
