Amazing features and great versatility!
I just got this an hour ago and it has already been worth it! It has an array of ports that all go to on usb-c cable. It works with both my iPad Pro and my Dell Laptop. The dock charges fast no delay for connecting when you plug it in and such a tiny form factor!

Dock is underpowered
I’m getting errors on my laptop that it’s not getting adequate power from the dock. It appears this dock is incompatible with my laptop. It was a complete waste of money!

Hands Down Best Docking Station
This dock is the only make I will ever purchase both professionally and for personal use. I have never had a problem with them. I just replaced my original unit I bought 9 years ago!

Sad that you can't connect two monitors.
It's my own fault for not reading the fine print but it's very disappointing to not be able to connect two (Dell) monitors and have them both function at the same time. That said, it does the trick just not the trick I was hoping for.

Docking Station
I purchased an off brand and when I got it the docking station did not power up. Glad I ordered the multi adapter as well as I was able to use that to use my monitors. I sent it back and order the Dell Docking station which is nice.

Nice and Compact, Powerful Docking Station
Rated at 130 W, the docking station works reliably with my Inspiron laptop and external monitors. Nice, low profile packaging fits nicely on my desk and the ON button is on the opposite end from where the power cord is located, which keeps the cables out of the way.
