Happy With My Purchase
I am very pleased with the quality of the product. They have a lot of great features that I like. I like that I can adjust volume, pause, skip, or go back without pulling out my phone, and I like that they pause when I take one of the earbuds out. The charge lasts a long time, especially the charge in the case. They definitely met expectations.

Sent two nonfunctional units
First pair wouldn't play sound when removed from the charger. Through online research found out this is a manufacturing defect with no fix so I returned them. Second pair, the right bud didn't work at first and audio cut out every 2 minutes. Left over night the firmware updated then it did work. But there are still audio cut outs and sometimes the right side stops w...

I am very pleased with staples actually selling these pods new in a sealed box. I've received these exact pods from different sellers marked as "new" but come in unsealed boxes then when paired to my device it showed the previous owners name who owned them. Pixel Buds would Not Connect
Pixel Buds would not connect. Every time I tried to set it up it would disconnect as soon as they were taken out of the case. Did multiple resets on the case and buds and also talked to the Google help desk. Finally had to send them back

Great headphones, amazing tech features and pretty good sound. I am very specific and I am a runner , my only problem was the earbuds staying in my ears.
