Happy With My Purchase
I am very pleased with the quality of the product. They have a lot of great features that I like. I like that I can adjust volume pause skip or go back without pulling out my phone and I like that they pause when I take one of the earbuds out. The charge lasts a long time especially the charge in the case. They definitely met expectations.

Don't buy these!
These earbuds do not stay connected to your device once you remove them from the charging case. Can't manually update the firmware either. Complete waste of $200! Look into another product.

Pixel Buds would Not Connect
Pixel Buds would not connect. Every time I tried to set it up it would disconnect as soon as they were taken out of the case. Did multiple resets on the case and buds and also talked to the Google help desk. Finally had to send them back

Zero stars, they will not stay connected to my Pixel 5
I've had these for a few days, updated the firmware, tried all the resets and Bluetooth cache clearing etc that the support documentation suggests.. the buds disconnect from Bluetooth as soon as they are taken out of the case.

It's a shame because the product has such a nice look and feel

Bad Connectivity - especially w right bud
This is the second pair I bought in one week and both times the right earbud didn't connect to my pixel phone. Staff was really nice and returned both of them, they even suggested similar buds but with better reviews of connectivity actually working.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. One of the earbuds didn't work. Returned it to the store to find out they haybeen discontinued. Still looking for a good set of wireless earbuds.

The Right ear bud does not connect.
The Right earbud will not be recognized by my phone or pixel bud case. Despite restarting the phone and going through the troubleshooting steps it does not connect only the left earbud connects.

Great product, couple flaws
The sound quality and features are fantastic the only problem I'm having is the displayed 5 hour battery life but mine seem only to last an hour and a half at most

The left earbud will not connect.
The left earbud will not be recognized by my phone or pixel bud case. Despite restarting phone and going through the Google troubleshooting. The right ear bud connects and sounds well.
