Print heads clog easily
Print heads clog easily even using Brother INk exclusively. The printer has a regular self cleaning routine designed to eliminate this problem, but if you check the youtube channels, this occurs far too frequently. Cleaning is a tedious,messy job that doesn't last long. I had high hopes for this printer. Should have been a workhorse. But I can't print in color anymore...

find very difficult reading labels on buttons. Really white on tan writing? Tried using online manual to set up scanning. Did not work.

Print quality is very good, and MOST of the set up went very well. The communication process (computer to printer, iPhone to printer) was difficult and frustrating. Eventually all worked out OK, maagically.

New printer installation
I followed the installation instructions, which went reasonably well, but I am unable to get the printer to connect to my Net Gear Router. I will call the Asurion Tech Help to get it resolved when I return from planned travel.

Great printer for the money!
This printer churns out nice copies, and prints well. It’s much quicker than my older printer was, and I like the catchment tray as well. All in all it’s worth your money for a great little home office printer.

Not Intuative
The operation of the copier is not intuative. The task labels are small and difficult to read. Now that I have it I will look into replacing it sooner rather than later. I will go back to Espen or HP.

Terrific printer that installs easily
I’ve installed dozens of printers, and this one was, by far, the easiest. Installing and configuring the software on 2 iPads, an Android phone and my Windows PC took but minutes. Print Quality Issues - all the time
I have had so many issues with the print quality. I have gone through cleaning the head and print quality tests and print quality improvements multiple times. I have also reset the whole machine couple of times but this issue keeps coming up. I don't print a lot, maybe 5-10 pages a month. I am using original Brother Ink cartridges.
