Best Printer I've Ever Owned
Granted I've only owned 2 other printers before this, but it is by far the best. It's incredibly easy to set up (unlike HPs thanks to their app), the print quality is excellent, and it prints incredibly quickly. Print heads clog easily
Print heads clog easily even using Brother INk exclusively. The printer has a regular self cleaning routine designed to eliminate this problem, but if you check the youtube channels, this occurs far too frequently. Cleaning is a tedious,messy job that doesn't last long. I had high hopes for this printer. Should have been a workhorse. But I can't print in color anymore...

Terrible to set up...Had to get help from my grandson and he has set up many printers...he had a difficult time also, the USB cable was missing from order and when I programed the setting it showed it was set for 2021 I bought it new in June 2025

Brother All-in-One Inkjet Printer
Installation instructions had hickups, but finally managed my way through it. I had to order an extra Print&Scan App. Just getting used to the new printer.

Good printer, good speed
I have had this printer less than a month and it works well scanning, copying and printing black and white and color. It’s also snappier than my old Canon printer.

Unbelievable
Every second or third print, I have to realign the printer head and clean the head nozzles. It can't print vertical straight lines without them jumping back and forth.

Decent Printer
Decent Printer. Might require certain Technical steps to use machine with Windows 11. To turn off Printer you need to push two buttons. Too many clicks to save a scan. Otherwise good machine.

Does not work.
Machine printed once and changed to a fax only mode. Will not print at all and there seems to be no way to change this. No help on Brother support site.

Good little printer for home use
This printer is simple, easy to install, and produces good looking documents. Worth the Money
Relatively fast for price point. Paper handling better than average; no paper jams so far. Stays connected to WiFi even after power outages, which eliminates a problem I often encountered with other brands. Fairly small footprint. This unit should be more than sufficient for home office use.

Not a good printer for the computer illiterate.
I found it weird that I had to run the wire from my computer into the middle of the device. It's annoying when I shut it off it has to clean out any Fax data when I haven't used the Fax. I don't know how to do 2 sided scanning and I don't know how many pages I can scan at one time. I tried to print a document from a PDF program and nothing happened. I had to click on th...

Choose another printer!!
Printer is already barely working. Takes 5 minutes to print one sheet. Sounds like a dying cat or something. Will no longer print double sided, jams every time. Have only owned the printer for 2-3 months. From what I saw, it appears the warranty is only valid in Canada.
