Best Printer I've Ever Owned
Granted I've only owned 2 other printers before this, but it is by far the best. It's incredibly easy to set up (unlike HPs thanks to their app), the print quality is excellent, and it prints incredibly quickly. Black color stopped printing
The printer was good for some time. I do not use it heavily. Recently the color black stopped printing all of a sudden. No troubleshoot is working. Did not get any response from customer support yet

compact and simple
This printer/copier/scanner replaces an HP with the same features. This machine is about half the size, has much better scanning resolution and toner is easy and cheaper. I highly recommend it.

Best printer I have owned.
So far, I am really liking this printer. I have owned 3 previous printers, and I like this one better than any of the rest. I have never had a printer that printed as fast as this one. And it is really quiet. My last printed sounded like it was going to break apart every time I used it. I have had this one about a month--and have no complaints so far.

Dumpt HP 9018 for this one.
Baught after HP updated firmware on our 2 year old printer, preventing us from using other ink. A real scam that forced us to look for more appropriate printer and reasonably priced inks. Simply the best
What an upgrade! I had a Cannon printer before that kept earing paper everytime I wanted to print something that was more than 3 pages long. I love how the ink lasts forever (up to one year) as ink cartridges can be expensive. I love that I can scan documents, print, and even fax (I don't use that function).
